Mommy joined in and we all headed downtown to the “Safe Stop” chamber of commerce booths on the square. Boy was it cold! I’m glad we went early, the sun was still shining and it was a little bit warmer than later in the evening.

They look great! Lizzy had a superman costume too (she was supergirl)! Matt had to work so Liz and I started out here in the complex – problem was, people don’t have control over their porch lights so hard to tell who was handing out candy. We decided to walk down the street to some houses and found lots of people trick-or-treating, and lots sitting outside by their fire pits handing out candy. We had a wonderful time for the hour we were out. After I decided a full bucket was plenty of candy, we headed home. Lizzy asked me to light our pumpkins and we had about 2 trick-or-treaters. Matt’s brother Tom came over and we watched some movies I rented. Fun fun.
We are coming for Thanksgiving, but it looks like only for Thursday for Matt. Stephanie said she will come pick me up on Tuesday or Wednesday so I’ll have an extra day in Kirksville.
Miss you guys
