Today was the 100th day of school. Wow. We are more than halfway through the school year! My kids are growing like weeds this year, it’s amazing. I’m still enjoying my job, but also still wishing it was part time because I miss being at home so much. I’m ready for spring now. The snow isn’t as exciting anymore. We did get in some iceskating with the kids which was lots of fun even though it was for a short time. I love skating!!! So did the kids. Miss all my friends like crazy, hope everyone is well. Well, I’ve got to cook supper now. Have a great evening!

I keep thinking of you because I picked up the Princess Academy at the library. I’m barely into it (I got others and read them first) and already racked up a late fee. I hate it when I do that. But I could tell from the first page that the language and such were totally my thing.
I can’t wait to finish it – thanks for the recommendation! Good to hear a brief update on your life too. I know what you mean about the hours. I’d like to make more money, but I just like being available to the house and the kids so much.

Yes, I really liked that book. I’m trying to get Matt to read it. I have read a couple other’s by the author, but the Princess Academy is my favorite so far. Samantha enjoyed it as well.
I’m collecting Skippy Jon Jones books right now. I just love reading them out loud to the kids!

Amy – It took me a while to get back here and see your response! That is just how I feel about the Skippy Jon Jones books. They’re so fun. Princess Academy was good. The premise and the sense of place were so captivating!
